Weekend Library Circulation Desk Supervisor
Oversee the library circulation desk and perform various duties including: Opening/closing the library, using an automated library circulation and security system to check library materials in & out, supervise student assistants, assist library users with photocopying, scanning, printing, and wireless access. This is a part-time 12-15 hours per week position, 9 months a year.
Full Time Housekeeper
Full-time position available immediately for the night shift. Duties involve general cleaning of an assigned campus building. You will clean floors, vacuum, sweep, strip wax and buff floors, shampoo carpets, wash windows, walls, etc. Empty trash receptacles and pick up litter; clean, sanitize and stock bathrooms, etc.
Business Systems Analyst
Responsible for developing and maintaining the integration processes among the school’s application systems—PowerCAMPUS, PFaids, Moodle (via Remote Learner), TargetX (via TX internal reporter and Informatica), Symplicity/Residence, and Sierra (library).
Windy Hill School Afternoon and Substitute Teachers
Bring your creativity and enthusiasm for working with children to our early childhood laboratory school for children in the toddler, nursery school, and pre-kindergarten program. To provide formal and informal instruction and care for children, while providing guidance and training for Colby-Sawyer College students in a licensed lab school setting. Position reports to Director of the Windy Hill School. This substitute position is for the fall program starting on August 28, 2017. This could lead to employment for the 17-18 Academic Year and may be mornings, afternoons or full day. Position available immediately.
